Message of the H. O. D.

Saradia RayI am enormously proud because we have outstanding faculty and skilled laboratory staff. Each and everyone are dedicated to the department. The realization of our vision for tomorrow demands energy, commitment, courage, tenacity and most importantly harmonious co-operation and team work. It also requires painstaking execution. This is an enormous challenge to us. However, we approach it with confidence and enthusiasm. We are committed to help, equip and infuse in our students a life-long love for learning, the excitement of discovery and a keen sense of curiosity about the chemical, physical and biological functions of life. Academic is always on our top most priority. The Department is having a rich history of producing University toppers and rank holders. In the previous University exam results we got maximum number of merits in the entire University. Faculty members are currently applying for more and more research funding from different funding agencies and are trying their best to establish more research collaborations with National and International Institutes. They published their research findings in national and international journal of well repute.
