1. To read and Confirm the minutes of last AGM.
2. Placement of Secretary Annual report and approval.
3. Placement of Audited account of the year ending 31.03.2019 and approval.
4. Appointment of Auditor.
5. Election of Executive Committee Member of 2019- 2021.
6. Consideration of proposals given by members.
7. Consideration of proposal regarding constitution amendments.
